Frequently Asked Questions

Espresso Mio | Coffee Machines • Service • Supplies

Do you provide replacement equipment during the repair process?

We do offer temporary loaner units when a repair is too extensive to complete on-site, but this is extremely rare. Our technicians arrive in fully-stocked vans equipped with the parts and equipment needed for virtually every service call, so we’re typically able to get you back up and running right away—minimizing any downtime for your café, restaurant, or office.

How quickly can you repair my coffee machine?

If you submit a service request before 9 AM, we’ll aim to be on-site that same day—otherwise, no later than the following business day. In most cases, standard repairs wrap up within 1–3 business days, depending on part availability. Our fleet of technicians is specifically built to support high-volume, high-quality operations that can’t afford downtime. They arrive in fully stocked vans, prioritize first-time fixes, and work efficiently so you won’t need repeat service visits.

Why should I choose Espresso Mio over other suppliers?

Support & Service as Our Foundation
While many suppliers chase the easiest, most profitable route—selling machines and moving on—we invested in a purpose-built fleet of fully stocked vans and proactive service programs. This lets us solve problems on the spot and keep your operation running seamlessly.

Partnership-Driven Value
We treat every customer as a true partner—not a transaction or a monthly quota. We only service and support the equipment we sell, delivering the highest value to high-volume, high-quality businesses focused on exceptional customer experiences.

If you’re looking for a price-match vendor, we’re not the right fit. We’re made for businesses that prioritize performance and peace of mind over the lowest hourly rate.
